Marie Anne A.
Marie is a true child of the internet, best known for her role as editor-in-chief of the bilingual catalog VOCES, where she has led over 40 interviews with international creatives—ranging from influencers and writers to artists and content creators. Her work includes in-depth features on figures like Maquicienta (754k YouTube subscribers), Carolina Gómez (700k Instagram followers), Michell Ortiz (280k TikTok followers) among others, weaving together narratives that illuminate their creative paths.
Her bilingual writing has appeared across Europe, North America, and Oceania, in publications such as Torrey House Press, Meniscus Literary Journal, and the San Diego Poetry Annual. She is a two-time finalist for the Francisco Ruiz Udiel Latin American Poetry Prize (V and VI editions) from Valparaíso Ediciones, and a recipient of the 2024 Young Poets Scholarship awarded by the Gutiérrez Lozano Foundation.
Beyond the page, she has pursued extensive training in the arts, completing courses and workshops in journalistic poetry, cinematic photography, and short film scriptwriting.
She also holds diplomas in Film Production and Screenwriting from the Ibero-American Center for Photography and Film Studies, a space dedicated to education, consulting, production, and research in the audiovisual field.
